You MUST be a current member of association for 2024 to be included in the contest to win any of the prizes. Judges will only consider exterior decorations and will not be evaluating any interior decorations. You still have time though to become a member for 2024 if you want to participate in the Deck the House Holiday Home-Decorating Contest.

Deck the House Holiday Decorating Contest 2024, Let’s decorate Bay Pines Estates & create a holiday winter wonderland! It’s time to get into the festive spirit with twinkling lights, inflatable characters, and tons of garland!

Judging

Judging for the Home Decorating Contest will take place on Thursday, December 19, 2024. There are 3 opportunities to win a cash of $75, $50, or $25.

Announcing a Winner

We will declare the winner of the contest on Friday, 12/20. Winners will be announced on our Facebook page, website, and in our next newsletter. The best decorated home will have a sign to place in your front yard.
