Welcome to the Bay Pines Estates Civic Association (BPECA), a resident-led organization located in St. Petersburg, Florida, within unincorporated Pinellas County.

Bay Pines Estates offers a quiet residential setting with convenient access to nearby beaches, parks, and essential amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and healthcare facilities.

Through optional membership, residents support the care and upkeep of shared spaces, including our lake, and help make possible the events and traditions that bring neighbors together.

BPECA is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors and supported by resident committees, all dedicated to strengthening and enhancing the neighborhood. This website serves as a central resource for community updates, events, membership information, and other important communications.
